Linares is a glass jawed joke and would get brutally koed. Demarco gives Broner a better fight but would fold as well.

Linares Broner would be a good fight ... a big step up from his past opposition. Demarco would kill Broner at this point.

Broner aka Floyd-lite is more accomplished and bigger but I like grj better as far as the next generation of fighters.. Hand speed, good combination punching and no fear... He may get clipped BC he likes to trade but he will grow out of it and be more cautious against better comp. Haters gonna hate.

You mean the same Demarco who was frozen by Valeros speed and power? Broner will do the same he's all wrong for Demarco.

GRJ has the pedigree. Olympic-level talent. Won the US championship and Golden Gloves. Not saying that will always translate to success at the pro-level, but I think it will in his case.

You mean the same Broner who was lucky to escape with a decision against Ponce de Leon? He is a great showman and has produced some nice knock outs but let's not pretend they weren't against very low tier fighters.

All the haters broner have is due to him attempting to be an imitation of Mayweather, so usually the people who hate broner are the people who hate Mayweather.

Yeah he struggled against Ponce de Leon, but no fighter in the history of boxing have struggles and tough fights in their early career. Even further, they never learn from them and improve. It's why Donaire has a perfect record, why Salido has a perfect record, why Gamboa was never KD carelessly in his early career, and why Rigondeaux NEVER STRUGGLED with a fighter he shouldve blew out etc.

Broner has improved a lot since that fight bro, it happens in boxing.

Not me. Floyd is one of my favourite active fighters and I genuinely believe he is one of the best to ever do it. Broner, however, just seems like a cheap imitation of Floyd. The fact is that his toughest opponent to date was DPDL and I thought Ponce one that won. Broner looks great knocking out guys who are either much smaller (Perez) or glass jawed (Litzau), however when you actually observe his style it's plain to see that technically he's not all that, despite his attempts at the Floyd shoulder roll.

Totally agree. That being said, I don't think he is ready to fight Demarco and I don't like the way GB develops fighters. They hype them too early and the pressure builds for a big step up for which they are not ready and end up having a set back. Broner is a great prospect but he is not Floyd Mayweather and his career will not be as good.

Neither guy has been in with a live body yet. Broner is just so big and strong at 130 that he'd have to be the favorite.
