Erik Morales vs Roger Mayweather @130lbs?

I believe Erik Morales still had enough to stop Mayweather, he was a good contender but really thats all he was no disrespect, Morales would just land too often but Mayweather could have his moments

Now Floyd on the other hand would have stopped that version of Morales in the championship rounds

 

Dont forget he hit like a tank. I dont think he was all that slick tho. At times he showed d but kept his hands to low and terrible can tag him. Idk I dont think morales at 130 hits hard enough but it would be a good ass fights

Roger was a legit, lineal champ at 130, not just a contender.

He was probably better at 140 though as he took a better punch there.

 

Morales. His overhand right and body work probably would have caught up to Roger late. His combinations were varied enough to confuse him up close. Roger would be competitive but I see Morales taking t.

 

Come on bro he was a world champ. Beat sum solid fighters. Not sayin he would win but he was closer to his prime where terrible was not his best weight.

 

Morales would win by late KO I think, but it would be an exciting fight.
