"It can't be that Floyd's the one that is doing something percieved as really good for boxing!!! something's wrong!! and if I have to crawl up his ass with a micro-scope to find what it is, by god that's what I'm gonna do!!!" - Certain Boxing Fans

You might want to question some of the Floyd supporters:

They don't help 'the cause' saying they don't care if Floyd roids between fights. It's this type of idiocy that drew me into this friggin debate. I'm old enough to know better too. :-(

Your post earlier was a damn good one. One that has had me thinking, and rather than give a knee jerk type response (aka smart ass as hell ) and just because it's you I'm talking to there, I've decided to wait til I have decided how I want to word correctly what I'm wanting to say.

Agree on almost everything for years, but when we do disagree, it's a ****in' doozie, huh? :D

that said, what made you want to respond to that post? :p

We're not really that far apart. I simply think BOXING has to take the next step in testing and not rely on the combatants to do the right thing. People hate on Arum but he's pushing for a federal commission and that is the only real way the drug testing issue gets resolved. The commission becomes the contractor with VADA/USADA and not Floyd/Donaire/Cotto/etc. Right now you have 50 some different commissions with different rules and no comprehensive drug testing policy with ANY of them. Some commissions are weak on purpose to draw business. Can anyone say "Texas"? They don't routinely drug test. That is what really happened with that Chavez/Rubio fight. It was up to the WBC to provide for testing since their championships require it. WBC might have made an honest mistake not realizing Texas doesn't test.

IMO, it's easy to see why boxing's standard testing was left to the way side for so long. The $$$ men involved, and we know who they are, def. stand to put on a more exciting show if the participants are all jacked up on **** before they go at each other.

And that's especially true in this modern time of all the "fight fans" being lured into extreme **** anyways of mother ****ers fist fighting with tiny gloves in a got damn chain linked cage!

We also as fans of these fighters easily see the down side to that too.

Actually, I think THAT post is what made me finally decide to put that guy on ignore. When the crap with Montya first started guys like me and Bazooka were thinking that Floyd supporters would be saying **** like, "Floyd got nothing to hide, why not just show the paperwork and put this fool in his place." We started asking guys why they would object and started getting attacked, which of course, just led to a downward spiral.

Mayweather's use or aledged of xylocaine is well known. It Is leagal in Navada. Las Vages is where all the big fights take place. That's why Mayweather and so many other boxers relocate there. Being that xylocaine is a local anastisia. That wears off in a little more than an hour (It's what the dentest gives you when you have a cavity filled). I dobut it will show up on a drug test.
Medical records are not public domain. USADA would be viloliting laws if they relesed his or anyone's records, without a court order.

Doh, you trickster. Athlete's aren't supposed to directly pay for the testing lol. :think
