Stiverne's chin is pure china, Arreola will starch him early. This fraud gets knocked out by C-class journeymen for goodness sake!

I would like Stiverne to win to make the division more exciting, he could win, he have a lot of international amature experience and hits very hard. It'll be a good fight as long as it lasts :)

Arreola will win because Stiverne is very inconsistent. Sometimes Stiverne is world-class (or at least borderline world-class), other times he nothing more than a flawed clubfighter. If Stiverne takes this fight on one of his bad days, he gets knocked out in a hurry.

But even if Stiverne fights his best, I can't imagine him doing any better than troubling Arreola for four or five rounds before falling. Stiverne can hit like hell, and (on his better days) he has fast hands. Arguably he could hurt or drop Arreola early. But Arreola is the more aggressive, more complete fighter of the two. Ultimately Stiverne won't have an answer for Arreola's offensive.

    Prediction:

On Stiverne's bad days: Arreola by KO within 4 rounds. Easy.
On Stiverne's best days: Arreola by KO -- possibly in a tough fight -- in about 8 rounds.

Demetrice King, the guy who KO'd Stiverne, has devastating power. King's a "C" level talent, quite mediocre. That's true. But he can coldcock anyone he hits cleanly. The dude has brutal strength.

This loss doesn't tell me that Stiverne necessarily has a weak chin. But it does tell me that Stiverne is riddled by technical flaws that could sink him anytime. I didn't see the fight, so I don't know what exactly happened.

Arreola can be hurt, I think. He's not the second coming of George Chuvalo or Ray Mercer.
