Pacquaio broke so many records in boxing history while Floyd has none. Pacquiao was the first man in boxing history who achieved these records.

started from 106 up to 150
pro boxer from flyweight to welterweight
4 lineal champ in 4 weight divisions
8 titles in 8 weight divisions
a congressman while still acitve in boxing

not to mention he was p4p #1 for many years, 3 times fighter of the year, a fighter of the decade

Floyd himself and his fans only can dream that achievements. The undefeated record brings nothing to the sport. There are tons of undefeated fighters in boxing history and Floyd is not the first.

On one side you have better oppoents, more convincing win over like oppoents, an undefeated record, and I won all my championships at their real weights.
    or.
Fighting old oppoents, oppoents comming off losses. Making oppoents fight me at catchweights so I can artifficaly win 2 championships I don't deserve.

It's an easy choice Mayweather's resume is far better than Pacquiao's. Anyone who would say otherwise DKSAB.

The Castillo fight was at 135 and he was robbed of victory. That was Floyd biggest win in his entire career and he doesn't deserve it . Floyd did nothing at 130 to become a goat moron. Go kill yourself.

Floyd fought shot Oscar, 140 Hatton, weight cheated 130 Marquez, shot Mosley, sucker punched Ortiz and shot Cotto.

Pac fought shot Oscar and retired him, fought 140 Hatton at 140 and retired him, Pac fought young prime Marquez first at 126 and 130, prime Cotto and shot Mosley.
Pac fought shot Margarito while Floyd faked his retirement to duck him.
    Pac fought prime Clottey.
Pac fought prime flyweight lineal champ Sasakul
    Pac fought prime Ledwaba
Pac fought prime featherweight lineal champ Barrera

Floyd fought all shot past prime champs except Castillo where he lost. See the big difference.

manny has a better resume, so Manny no question. I'd rather have floyds skills, and foyd will more likely have a healthier retirement.

But resume for resume. Manny's is excepional.

It's close as hell these days. If Floyd had stayed retired I'd go with Pac easily. He has more names on it but now Floyd is pulling pretty much even, and is still fighting at a top level.

Strengths for Floyd's resume are his undefeated record and many world championships, with no ugly losses.

Weaknesses is that he doesn't have that huge W over a Prime ATG.

Pac's strengths is that he has a win over a prime ATG Marquez, and multiple championships, Weaknesses however he has some ugly KO losses and a loss to Tim Bradley and past-prime Morales.

It's close, Floyd's 0 is also damned pretty.
