Gatti also ballooned up against Mayweather but predictably looked slow and ponderous, like a guy who really struggled with the cut.

JCC Jr looked like he just came out of a sauna.

Yes, I remember that fight too. It was very controversial due to so much weight. I believe they said it looked like a MW fighting a JWW. It does look a bit suspicious with Chavez walking away from tests over there in Texas. Does anyone know where the fight is going to take place (Chavez vs Martinez)?

Every top athlete in every big sport juices, including boxing. Period. Why do we have to hear all this 'shocked, SHOCKED!' bull**** on the forums everyday?

You can't compete at the top level without it.

Actually during the Gatti- Gamache fight, they claimed the scale was rigged.

So we can assume that Mayweather and Pac are on PEDs but somehow or someway are passing the test?

Well I think there is definately something wrong with Chavez Jr.....I think Steward is right in this instance but he was laughing out the other side of his face when it was Mayweather calling out Pacquiao for this.

Now all of a sudden he is a believer?

Oh well better late than never I suppose!

I'm really hoping 500lb Chavez can beat Sergio. He has a solid chance, I drool to think about this ballsy fighter being on top of the division. I'll gladly pay PPV to watch Chavez for as long as he's fighting. The guy just brings it, every fight.

It's annoying when they say it after a fighter has gone through OST (not failproof but it's the gold standard for now) and has passed. Other than that I don't mind the allegation because it makes sense. Do I need to be a doctor to detect the signs/symptoms of sickness? C'mon, sometimes it's just so obvious you can safely assume without being an expert.

Even this is really debateable. If I remember correctly it was only during the Rubio fight where the unofficial scale had him rehydrating about 20lbs. This last fight and the ones prior to that didn't even show the unofficial fight night weight. If anything in this last fight with Andy Lee, he didn't struggle making weight and looked very good physically. His new strength and conditioning coach seems to have worked out better for him than Ariza.
