    i spoke to kell tonight, was working and he came into the store i was working in and i asked him if he was looking forward to saturday, hes actual lines was 'its gonna be electric, im gonna knock him out' i know there isnt much else you can say to a stranger who stops you in the streets, but its getting a bit tiresome cos he keeps coming out with the same line over and over again, my problem with kell is when he says, 'im gonna knock him out' i dont believe him, im going for the same bet as i have had in the last few fights i think and that is kell on points.

    i think kell could beat any boxer in the world on points, he really has to knock jones out though, but the only way he could pull it off is via a famous british ref stoppage or if jones is losing most rounds and pulls out in the 10th or 11th round

    :lol::good

    Steel i agree mate, good post. Kell's just got the up the gears, far to content and often head hunts when finishing. Ok there's a lot of head he can hit when fighting Jones but he needs to change levels, intensity and angles when going for finish. He often up's the intensity slightly but doesn't maintain it and it drops quickly and he then goes back into same pace and same angles.

    Saturday i want Kell to break Jones body down, hook off the jab whilst keeping aware of Jones threat offensively.

    he is lacking that killer instinct at the minute, i think he does have it in his locker and i kinda agree with the people around lhim who say him and hatton was too close mates to go to war, his beautiful, punch perfect style of boxing will always win on points and his had nearly 30 fights without getting hit, but what kell needs to do, to become a legend is to win this fight within 8 rounds, then vow never to fight in sheffield until he is a world champion, because selling out sheffield arena and fighting in front of 10,000 locals, when 9,000 no fu ck all about boxing and are just singing sheffield united/sheffield wednesday/yorkshire chants throughout is doing nothing for his career, hes making a tidy sum and him and hearn are laughing to the bank, but its doing nothing, he needs to fight on a mayweather/pac undercard and do it the hard way.

    at the minute he looks a bloke who is too settled in his comfort zone of sheffield, hes pretty much sitting back in his local superstar status and thinking hes cracked it and believing his own hype, im still as big of fan as i was when i followed him around frank ******s promotions, but just want him to live up to his potential and crack america.

    " Hoping " ... to see a more aggressive Brook this weekend ..

    it would be great to see his usual skills but with a vicious knockout added to finish things off.
