Standard procedure. It clears up court time and saves the taxpayers money. If he was innocent he 'spared' his children the chance to stick up for him in court. Under your theory they have to live with the torment their father went to jail rather than let them tell the truth and support him. Brilliant move.

 

They offer nearly everybody a plea deal shut the **** up your talking to a career ****ing criminal here, I spent most of my childhood in Juvie, and a good bit of my early adulthood in prison.

They always offer a plea deal simply because the state has so many cases there is no way they can get everybody a speedy trial with in 90 days.

Thats a fact its a way to save them money...

No, the degree of plea deal going from felony assault and multiple other charges that carried a maximum sentence of several decades to 90 days. DA's only give you what they think they can definitely get.
