That was a separate issue. This current ban is the second time it has happened. The first time, Oscar got mad because I made fun of the Floyd/Cotto undercard when it still had Winky/Quillin. I asked what the PPV was called: Social Security? Plus, I made fun of his "uhhs" at a press conference and joked on twitter that if every time he said "um" or "without further ado" the media took a shot, everyone would be hammered. he missed the next tweet when I complimented him for actually being quick with one liners.

Oscar ordered me banned after that one. But we worked it out and shook on it. I don't consider us to have a problem and in fact, he follows me on twitter last I checked. I do actually believe he could be an incredibly powerful agent of change in boxing if he so chose.

From what I understand, this current ban is a result of me turning GBP's legal threat against them. They didn't sue as they threatened. They just banned me.

It really doesn't stop me from doing my work.

Anyone on this board could say the same thing about you. You spend alot of time hating on someone you never met before and more time riding Pac's nuts than any straight man should. No way I would get into a hot tub with a man as obsessed with and attracted to another man as you are with Pac. Your clearly not from a third world jungle hut which makes your ignorance that much harder to stomach.

Good luck with all of that. I'm is a similar situation with a local writer for the "Penny Saver" classifieds. The guy is a pure genius writer but the world is shitting on him and keeping him from opportunities. This writer is a lot like Montoya only he probably gets paid more since he writes for a "real" newspaper and doesn't design his own press credentials on a MAC.

    OK then.....

What's your opinion on Chavez Jr and specifically what Emmanuel Steward has been referencing due to the Andy Lee fight?

What I will say is that having that many people in the dressing room while he is giving a sample to an inspector is against WADA code. The way the sample was collected was not up to standards from the account Ciani wrote and that I have been told privately.

What we learn or should learn from this is we need a uniform set of drug testing rules and protocols with WADA trained and accredited personnel handling the sample collection and testing.

When a person as esteemed and experienced as Emanuel Steward speaks out, I always believe we should listen. Especially considering the history of JCC, Jr. To me, if you ever test positive, you should be target tested for the rest of your career in and out of competition.

Sorry ******, I don't pull that, "Oh, I owned you!" ****. That would be your 'E-Buddies' that you have to agree with, you know, to stay in good graces with your little club.

As for me riding Pac's nuts, again, not me. I don't make any riduclous claims on his greatness, nor do I see him as unbeatable or CLOSE to being the GOAT. I can easily see his flaws. Just because I think he beat certain guys, is pretty much all you got on me. Nice try. I actually doubt you read much of what I say if that's how you think of me. As a matter of fact, the **** you fanatics claim I've said over the years pretty much proves that. You essentially read a few words, and assume the rest of the post. Makes kids like you agonizingly annoying and impossible to discuss ANYTHING with. You get angry, cry hater, and bust off a slew of crude insults. that's your contribution to this board. Awesome!!!

And you go to all ends to defend a women beater. When Shane was busted juicing, I stopped supporting him how I once did. Same w/ Margarito and his wraps.

So, defend your little boyfriends, and defend your women beating hero. MMkay? :thumbsup

Okay, just one question to the man of the hour.

Gabe, it's been long debated here, (so long we got our brain bored frozen) that Pacquiao is on to something as implied by the Mayweathers. And much believed by some people in this board.

Although Peterson and Berto were caught, does that justify what has been accused of Pacquiao?

Interesting.....I agree with you. I think we need to use common sense Chavez Jr has cheated before, he has well documented weight issues...he has been allowed to miss drug test by the commission he should be under greater scrutiny imo

Do you think there is any reason why a boxer should be exempt from taking random drug tests?

I don't use the word "cheat." They were caught with banned substances in their system is more appropriate. We don't know but only assume intention. I try to do my best to treat each one as case by case.

To your second question, absolutely not. They should all be comprehensively tested year round.

IMO Not until Pac takes stricter tests. He'd clear a LOT of air if he signed on to VADA or USADA to test him for him and his future fights. It's not a good look for him but you can't say he is outright guilty.

Pac caught a lot of heat mainly because he killed the biggest fight ever over an extra test
