He has been dropped and wobbled by Jabs on multiple occasions. He has one of the worst Chins I have ever seen.

  4. Wow, there didn't seem to be much in that punch either. Was certainly a power shot but to put him on his back. Not good.

Too bad, not a chin to match his punch.

He is a guy with a lot of Athletic gifts speed and power. Its no secret he was a boxer before he went mma. I've tried boxing and martial arts plus wrestling, all are different. I will admit as a boxer I just couldn't hack it. it was never natural for me, I want to throw a kick to a guys head and was always better at wrestling.

Throw a mma guy in a boxing ring and he will most likely get picked apart, same as a boxer in a mma ring. A mma guy would fair better in a boxing ring then a boxer in mma without training. You just can't use a boxing stance u would end up on your back in mma.

He can't defend a submission to save his life, 'striking' is his specialty and with this 'talent' he became a top contender and main evented several UFC cards.

Fair post, but I think the MMA fighter would stand as much chance in a Boxing ring against a quality Boxer Puncher (real deal KO artists) as a Boxer stands against a quality MMA fighter without training.

I really can't see any MMA fighter, if he was Boxing gamely, last more than a round with the likes of prime Tyson, RJJ, Foreman, Leonard, Hearns, Duran, etc... those guys were just too much. Even for prime strikers. The current UFC HW champ may be an exception though.

Bull****. With training, a boxer definitely has more of a chance to cross over if he truly wanted to. A strong puncher with good durability just needs to a learn a good take defense. A lot harder than it sounds, but a chinny MMA fighter crossing over a sport that's a specialized art has zero chance. Throw a prime Tyson in MMA and he would always have the potential to be lethal if he ever connects.

Well the thing about mma is even with a weak chin you can still be a top contender.

MMA boxing, he trains wrestling and take down defense. There is a difference in stance, he boxes but is ready for a mma environment. I really just getting at they are two different sports, just because you suck a one doesn't mean you can't be dominant in the other.
