All these posts , when it must be obvious to all boxing is more corrupt now than ever it was in the 50's. GBP (DelaHoya) are one of the front runners today. DelaHoya was one of the instigators in the banning of Tony Margarito purely because Tony embarassed him by kicking Cotto's ass.
Just think in the year 2o12 its impossible to find 3 honest judges to score a prizefight fairly. 5 in the amateurs.
The sport I love & have been part of for over 30 yrs is going to the dogs

Extreme........there aren't any testing agencies who test on the day of any sporting event.....at least nothing as invasive as blood testing. The reason is simple....there are health risks that are known which prevent that practice.....plus...blood testing on the day of is unnecessary and make no sence at all. Floyd was simply being difficult.....urine tests were agreed to right up to the point of the fight, which was more than adequate for random testing. Urine is by far more efficient in catching those who have been doping.

I'm pretty sure NSAC obtain urine and blood samples from their fighters as soon as the fight is over.

Post fight, yes! That has been standard practice. But not blood testing right before the fight....that has never happened.

And so far, that would have fit in perfectly with what USADA tested of all of Floyd's fights to date. Maybe Floyd should have looked into it more before his big mouth killed negotiations.

Yeah, too bad Pac wimped out because the "threat" of it would have always been there, but Pac just had to have control of both windows :-(

14 days is more than sufficient for blood testing.....for the kind of peds that would have had any effect on fight night.

Pac did agree to ALL of Floyds demands after Pac decided to just call His bluff....he even joked, saying they could test in between rounds if that meant Floyd would finally agree to make the fight.

The big issue was the blood testing....NOT the random testing. Blood testing was a big deal to Floyd becuase he knew Pac was a bit sketchy about having blood withdrawn from him. Fact is.......urine is the most effective and efficient way of randomized drug testing. Which is why the entire charade with the "Random testing" wasn't believeable.

Yeah Floyd is some psychic that knew Pac was sketchy about needles bruising his arm, even though Pac had no problem doing it for the Hatton fight and only lowered his cut off date because his team got caught in a lie.

    Give it up.

In fact, in June of 2010, Floyd's own physician, Dr. Robert Voy, former Chief Medical Officer for the USOC, argued and won a debate in front of the NSAC stating that blood testing in Nevada was not needed. The person arguing against him was Travis Tygart of USADA.
