Been thinking about it a lot lately especially because I want to put some money down on this fight. Currently, I'm leaning towards Chisora by decision (6:1 odds!) as he convinced me of having a rock solid chin by not flinching once against Fury, Helenius and Vitali. Furthermore, his workrate paired with very decent accuracy (unlike lame-ass Adamek who flurries into thin air all night to rob Chambers) seems the biggest factor in this fight to me. Haye's stamina has been questionable ever since he gassed against Thompson.
Nowadays, Haye is too smart to punch himself out but that goes hand in hand with a worringly low workrate. So how exactly is Haye gonna pull this through other than knock Chisora out which I find highly unlikely? Then again, Haye made Valuev do the chicken dance with one clean shot in round 12 so the power's definitely there.

    I'm SO pumped for this.

Backpedal and potshot for 12 rounds thereby duping the gullible British public out of their hard earned money yet again. Doubt it happens though, his Chin is abysmal and he'll get cornered and brutally KOed.

Chisora's work-rate in the Fury fight was deplorable, as was the rest of his performance. He does have a solid chin though, so he should be able to get in-close and make things tough for Haye.

How does Haye win? By being faster, having quicker hands, better movement, hitting harder and just generally being more skilled.

Against Fury he entered the ring 20lbs overweight. I don't intend to be ignorant about that loss but let's talk about 240lbs Chisora who fought very differently compared to the 260lbs version of him. Workrate and precision were his best assets against Helenius and Vitali against whom he went 12 rounds without stepping down the gear.

Haye has only two options in this fight - run or be cornered and mutilated. I believe he's smart enough to avoid the latter.

This fight is a great clash of styles and I can't wait. Can't imagine what the atmosphere is going to be like at Upton Park!

Im looking forward to it as well.
Thing with the Fury fight is that Tyson nimself was over weight and out of shape. So, its difficult to say if it was Derek throwing it away or he couldnt deal with Tyson?

I know what you mean with Dereks workrate, and Hayes lack of it. But Hayes got excellent movement and fast reactions. Derek can walk through some and keep coming, but he cant do it all night. He is not quick enough to keep up with Haye

Though its anticipated to be a grudge match i dont think were gonna get a great fight

Haye is going to do what he always does, use the ring avoid exchanges pot shot with the right and make Chisora chase him

Chisora was caught by repeated Vitali right hands flush, Haye should have the same success

To me chisora wins if the antics of chisora get haye to fight chisoras fight or haye breaks his hand or something like that

Easy fight for David. That is why he took it. He'll win it on the backfoot landing less than a dozen punches a round.

Did you watch the Helenius fight? Chisora has shown a great chin but he was rocked and hurt by a punch in round one of that fight, which he admitted.
