You're making up excuses again, Floyd saying Pac is on steroids is not why they said no to tests. They said no for variou other excuses, but not that one.

And it was Pac that asked for the overweight penalties first, then Floyd saw the request and put his own stuff in. That was all that was needed for the fight was for Pac to sign, and he didn't. Or Arum didn't.

Team Pac ran from the fight, whomever it was.

Floyd is right to assume Pac is on something.

Pac came up like a freshman in highschool beating Seniors and Juniors bloody.

The guy came up from 96lbs -106? lbs to walk through guys naturally, bigger, taller and stronger than him. AND he won't take a test. This isn't rocket science. You've got smirking pretenders that don't care if Pac is on something or not and linearly don't like Mayweather, so these people will act like it's not a big deal. If he isn't on anything, take the test.

I like watching Manny fight, but I always watch him fight with the idea that 'this guy is on roids' in the back of my mind.
