Your long winded nonsensical bull**** post hasn't excused your boxrec **** up. We were discussing Robinson's chin, and you brought up the Maxim fight. How is that relevant to Robinson's chin? Do you also think Lennox Lewis KO'd Oliver Mccall in the rematch? Because it says TKO on boxrec? Now you better reply to MM, because he's thoroughly humiliating you :hi
One last time, ****boy, it is a TKO in name only. Getting knocked out is being punched out of consciousness. That never happened and you tried to insinuate that it had. You can't even lie your way out of this because Rico and I were CLEARLY discussing SRR's Chin and you came out with this moronic suggestion that he had been KOed. If you honestly didn't think that Maxim had punched him out you wouldn't have posted that in response to a discussion on his Chin.
jones weighed 199 on fight night with and then had to weigh in at 175 vs tarver. not sure what is hard to understand about this. weigh in at 6 min. if you're suggesting a fighter isn't weakened by having to make weight in this case, you really don't understand anything about the fight game. here's your post again. this is not a FACT. he was stopped only by maxim. it counts as a ko loss even though he wasn't knockout cold for the count of 10. you were corrected and got embarrassed. i do agree that robinson was an iron chinned warrior.
Let me own you on this topic, as well. Whether you believe Roy's scale saying 199 or the AC's scale which read 193 you have a 7-13 lb gain. That is not a ridiculous weight gain and I can assure you that it had no effect on him. Weight cutting works like this. You train down and burn fat to get within about 10 lbs over the contracted weight and then maintain that until weigh-ins. Then, on the day of the weigh-ins you don't eat or drink, you go to the sauna with a trash bag on and you sweat out ten pounds of water weight to make the limit. Then you go back and you eat and chug Pedialyte to replenish your fluids and electrolytes and then you're A-OK. That is how fighters gain ten pounds overnight and why they normally tell us the weigh-in weight and the ring weight of the fighters. Roy had 8 months to lose the 7-13 lbs of muscle and then it was his typical water weight cut. If he honestly couldn't figure out how to train down in that time then he is an idiot who deserved to be KOed for not knowing basic weight cutting methods. Unfortunately for him and his fanboys, that had **** all to do with it and he got humbled the first time around and subsequently KOed because he did not have and never did have any semblance of a Chin.
Ok MetalMandible and his alts have left the thread because the sweet science doc was post as proof that Roy Jones didn't weigh 193 for the Ruiz fight. Everytime somebody posts that, MetalMandible and his alts stop posting. He'll be back though, spouting his usual bull. So let that be a lesson, just don't respond. Thank you and goodnight [EDIT]: Wait he responded. hmm the 2 times I've provided proof he just ignored it and left the thread. He's getting better. Just ignore him though
Last time on this moronic topic, we were discussing his Chin. I said he was never KOed. He wasn't. That is a Fact. You are playing a bull**** semantics game when you know damn well what I was talking about and ****ed up by BoxRec'ing rather than knowing anything about Boxing.
That video of Jones on the scale doesn't prove much, he's fully clothed and you've no idea what's in his pockets, you've no idea how legit the scales he's using are. His own trainer Mackie Shilstone admitted that Jones put on around 6 lbs. 192*0.087=16.70400 192*0.06=11.52 16.70400 - 11.52 = 5.18400
