Which is why it's the perfect fight for Bute.
A good boxer knows his level.

Froch wins probably by KO. I'm a fan of both fighters, but Froch's confidence is at a all time high, and at this point in their careers the fight would only be competitive for maybe 3 rounds. Five years ago this would have been a amazing fight.

Bute losing to Froch may have inadvertently positioned him to get the marquee win of this era vs Ward. By losing his IBF belt he has entered into the WBA and WBC rankings and could possibly get a fight with Ward sooner now that he's lost his 0 and his aura of invincibility.

Granted, Im still holding out hope that he gets the rematch with Froch and gets revenge if his mind aint been ****ed from the devastating KO.:good

Just sticking with the plain obvious.

Ward>>Kessler>Froch. If Dirrell gets another crack at Froch, then insert Dirrell>Froch.

I've tried to give Dirrel that fight and can't. Knowing he won't win potshotting will just get him KOd in a rematch. I'd rather see Pavlik get the shot, at least he'll come to fight.

    Pavlik KO1 Dirrel.:good Dre that is.:D

In what? The century club? Flip cup? Killer kings? I favour Pavlik in all those drinking games.

That Froch/Dirrell fight is ****ing awful to score. I have had it both ways the only times I've scored and I just can't watch again.

  9. If bute beat ward things would be interesting, I still give bute a chance, he wouldn't have to worry bout being ko

Froch was damned lucky to get young Andre Dirrell WHEN & WHERE he did. I honestly don't think Froch would take the rematch.

Pavlik kills frotch. Frotch is the same fighter who got a gift decision after getting completely outclassed by Dirrell. Hes the same guy who was so far behind Jermaine Taylor a last second KO was the only way he coulda won. Frotch is the same guy who was dominated by Ward. Frotch knocks out a loser in Bute and all of a sudden people think hes some great fighter. Pavlik has the power to make Frotch respect him, and now under Garcia, Pavlik has alot more in his arsenal then just a one two.

Pavlik beats frotch, in a great war

Sorry man don't see it, froch holds all the advantages, better chin, better power, unorthodox punching. I can see it being a straight shoot out but I can't see pavlik beating froch, he'd only be in it for 4/5 rounds til froch gets going, then I see a late stoppage in carl's favour

Problem i have with this scenario is Frotch was getting his ass whooped for 11 rounds by a Jermaine Taylor who had no business being at 168. Pavlik picked himself up off the canvas and beat a prime Taylor. I think Kelly outboxes him, but im not gonna lie, it'd be a damn good fight.

and i cant believe people are still talking about frotch rematching kessler. Eddie chambers embarrassed Kessler with one damn arm for christs sake
