Mayorga looked pretty good in his last fight. Surprised me.

 

I expect Mayorga to get his punches in earl, and maybe even hurt Canelo, but this will only force Canelo to beat the living **** out of Mayorga, who has heart but is way past finished.

Mayorga is dangerous.....but I think it's safe to say he knows his role when he comes in to these kinds of fights. He's a loose cannon...will sell the **** out of the fight....but ultimately will lose because he's expected to lose...therefore he won't be in prime form...

Ricardo will be Ricardo....but he won't come into the fight with the right motivation, nor the right conditioning....he'll go through the motions and prove he's durable, dangerous, crazy and of course...entertaining but Canelo should be able to win.

 

Mayorga is not good fighter now. He was ok in his prime, but overrated. This would be ok to get Canelo a little activity and to stay sharp, but no a challenge.
