I am on these boards as I am on a lot of boards. Unlike most writers, I am accessible.

You're not very bright are you?

I don't ask people to take my work as gospel. I ask questions and hope that the reader does as well.

    http://www.maxboxing.com/news/other-boxing-news/montoyas-saturday-mailbag

That was from the beginning of all this. The first email response and the last are about Floyd/Manny. Its actually very balanced as I point out matchmaking got Manny where he is. I also point out things from the other side.

You're the biased one. Not me. You want me to report the way you would. And I refuse because my only interest is in the truth. Not what you want which is to nail Manny to the wall and for me to praise Floyd.

I'll just keep going at the truth.

The only troll here is you.

Why not investigate Cotto's contracts with USADA to see of it allows for positive tests? He took the same tests and had the same contract along with PBF and passed. That's the problem that many people have with you Gabe, your sole focus seems to be on PBF and not anyone else. When someone brings up Pac for example, you blow them off or give some half-ass answer. Especially when considering fighters are failing tests and some fighters won't even test and other shady things going on with testing in places like Texas.

So, you have the contract/s and know this? Excellent. I'm sure Gabe would appreciate you passing them along for verification. Why didn't you speak up before? :think

My point is how is Cotto being overlooked in this if he is truly unbiased then he should be looking at both since both had USADA test and both passed right?

    Really?

This one is about VADA but also discusses the history of PEDs.

    http://www.doghouseboxing.com/Gabriel/Montoya122711.htm

This article laid out a path for a cheater to escape punishment in an anti-doping case. Ironically, the defense I discussed was used by MLB National League MVP Ryan Braun's lawyers the following week to escape his 50 game suspension for testosterone use.

    http://www.doghouseboxing.com/Gabriel/Montoya021712.htm

This one is a conversation with Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) President Dr. Goodman about PEDs. We discuss testosterone in here.

This one is about how badly Texas screwed up by not testing Chavez, Jr. Its in-depth coverage of a monumental oops. There is a thread in this story that I expanded into the next link. These stories have made the Nevada commission very uncomfortable to say the least.

    http://www.maxboxing.com/news/max-boxing-news/texas-stumbles-into-the-drug-testing-era

This one is about a testosterone loophole in New York and Nevada I exposed earlier this year.

    http://www.maxboxing.com/news/max-boxing-news/new-york-nevada-and-the-61-te-ratio-problem-in-boxing-

These are stories I wrote after I broke that WBA/IBF junior welterweight champion of the world Lamont Peterson had tested positive for synthetic testosterone. ESPN later stole my scoop and instead of crediting me, referred to me as “a person with knowledge of the situation.” USA Today

    http://content.usatoday.com/communi...positive--for-banned-substance/1#.T7ypUkVSS8A

    and The Guardian

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/blog/2012/may/08/khan-peterson-haye-chisora

    credited me with it, however.

My thorough coverage of what happened, when and why showed everyone who plagiarized my early reports and tweets whose story it was. I don’t want to overwhelm you with links so this is like the most thorough account from those first few days.

    http://www.maxboxing.com/news/max-b...ohn-a-thompson-and-trainer-barry-hunter-speak

This piece has three anti-doping legends speaking on the ramifications of the Peterson positive test which will likely change how the London Games will be tested.

This was a legal threat sent to me by GBP and my response.

This explains. I wrote this one a week later after a lot of fall out.

This is the problem with being accessible. Guys assume a ton because I don't tell you everything I am working on.

I'm not privy to what leads he has. This is old ground. Reporters follow the leads they get. That's simply the way it works and you should know that at this point in your life.

I stay because in every group I interact with, there are always open minded people with intelligence that are worthwhile.

You don't appear to be one of them.

Montoya, where in anything i wrote did i say i was only concerned with Pacquiao? i never said that and in fact i could care less which organization fighters use; whether it be VADA or USADA. Better tests are needed. Tests need to be random. we agree on those points. The reason i think more emphasis should be on Pacquiao then other fighters who havent participated in random testing is because Pacquiao not only REFUSED random testing, but he is also arguably the most recognized athlete in the whole world. I think if Manny took a stand for better testing in boxing it would set a great example for the sport and other fighters to follow.

Yes Fortune was with Roach. I've written about that before. Its not my fault you haven't been reading me this whole time.

Yes he was caught during that period. have other fighters under Roach and Fortune been caught? Not that I am aware of. Has Toney been caught after he worked with Roach and Fortune? Yes he has.

See the picture? Or are you seeing what you want to?

I talk to a lot of people in the anti-doping world. Not just Conte. I also read a lot and research like crazy. Apparently I am the only one in this conversation that does.

I think if Obama took a stand on better testing in boxing it would really help. Should I pressure him, too?

This is the thing. You guys are here going at me to to do this or do that differently or at all. Look at the body of work in regards to PEDs that I have amassed. Those aren't even all the links and certainly not everything I have to publish.

Why not go at Rafael or Iole or Kim or any other writer BUT the guy who is the most prolific on the subject in boxing? I know why Kim leaves it alone (hint: because the guy working next to him is handling it). But the others?

Pac did not refuse random testing. He refused blood testing up till the day of the fight. Unlimited urine testing. He has since capitulated on that point trying to make the fight with Mayweather happen. Do you have an agenda or are you just ignorant of the facts?

i noticed montoya avoids ANY questions. Roach not being his trainer the second time he was caught is a very minor detail. the fact all the connections are there is just as much fabric to sew together a conspiracy story as his don hale mayweather conncetion. im just wondering why he never mentions Pacquiaos name.
