if you are a serious boxer on the world scene, and you ARENT on the juice, then you arent playing on a level playing field. they are all on it. i dont see the problem with it really. it cant be controlled properly, so cheats get away with it, and the law abiding boxers are up against it. if i was a boxer, with moral problems with the stuff, id consider what effect winning has on my career, as against losing because you arent taking PEDs.
