    Everyone at an elite level uses. So would you if blessed enough to be in such a position.

    However not everyone is on an equal playing field. Some have better access, knowledge of implementation than others. They are grown men who put their lives at risk they do not care what some pot smoking weakling(s) care about the morality of PED usage.
