    That's actually the heaviest he's ever been for a fight. Closer to forty than thirty I guess it's to be expected even if you're still training your butt off.

    Thompson at least came in at angles vs. Wlad in the last fight. I still think Wlad wins easily.

    He's been adapting his weight to the size of his opponent for years now, and this is probably just more of that... I was surprised just how high he went, though. I expected 247 max.

    Yeah, see he's never been this high. I think it's something to note. Of course he looks in perfect shape and a few pounds on 6'6 isn't that big of a deal. But I do wonder if this was on purpose, you know?
