Floyd Mayweather Jr. brought attention and big business to USADA and Tygart. In ANY industry, if you bring business and exposure, you get preferential treatment. It is not entirely unfathomable to believe that Floyd has USADA in his pockets. Foyd's one of the most important people in Vegas. And it is Las Vegas, after all - a city built upon sin, gambling, and corruption. And the dude boasts about being a hustler. The contracts should be shown to the public.

 

VADA not Floyd caught Berto and Peterson who both volunteered. In fact, VADA had begun to form long before Floyd's demands to Pacquiao.

Tarver was caught by standard drug testing protocols used by the California State Athletic Commission. Likely, Berto would have been caught that way as well as Nandrolone is easily detected by the standard drug panel.

When you first jumped in the conversation you said you weren't interested in reading the whole thread and wanted someone to fill you in. What that tells me, along with the errors I pointed out, is that you don't gather facts the right way. I doubt you've read either "the correspondence" or the follow up explaining it "For the record" much less the multitude of links I have written on PED cases, testing, etc. Until you gather information the right way, its really unfair and improper to criticize me. No blood, just what you would consider standard testing today. Back then they didn't have that.

And the idea of a VADA began getting bandied about by Margaret Goodman around 2007 but I don't think there were any serious discussions to begin putting it together for at least a year and probably longer.
