Little heavier than normal for Wlad but it won't matter. He's still in great shape and will knock Thompson out again. Thompson isn't a bad heavyweight, most probably have him in the top 10. He's got size, a leftie, experience, ring smarts,- a solid but not great fighter. The problem with this fight is that Wlad proved he was better than Thompson 4 years ago and since then Thompson has turned 40 and been off for more than a year. Wlad is probably the same fighter he was then. Beating Thompson 4 years ago was a solid win for Wlad but doing it again now is pretty pointless. I know Thompson is the mandatory and Wlad loves his belts so he has no choice if he wants to keep them. Its just he fought once in 2011 and his 2012 has consisted of an uninteresting rematch with Thompson and a monumental mismatch against Mormeck. It seems Wlad is letting whats left of his prime years slip by without doing as much as he could.
Looks aren't everything. Haye has a God's body and he still got that ass beat by Wlad. If Thompson lands "the shot" it will all be over!
24 KO's is no power? He has a 63% KO Ratio and maybe you don't remember that Wlad has a sponge cake chin. If Ross Puritty can KO Wlad,Thompson can too.
As you get older you get a little heavier even if you do train just as hard. For guys that height,a few pounds eithr way means nothing.
