I am not gonna comment but you really think deep down to yourselves. I simply love B'Nard. He's skillful, super-smart and crafty, well-conditioned, cold minded and pretty intimidating, a real chess match master in defense and counter-offense.

 

I love Hopkins, he's one of my all time favorites and top 25-30 ATG! Even being as big a fan as I am of him, I cannot seriously consider putting him in the top 10.

I agree BHop is not a top 10 ATG, but he most def a top 10 MW, and IMO top 5.

- Longest reigning MW champion of all time
- Cleared out the division from 96 - 05 and beat whoever was available until dethroned by robbery
- First man in history to unify the WBC, WBA, IBF, WBO and The Ring titles

Monzon, Hagler, Greb, and Hopkins are to be mentioned in the same sentence when talking about MW history.

1) He was ****ing champion when he beat Trinidad, not when he won a worthless ****ing trinket dip****. He lost it when he didn't fight for 6 rounds and lost to Taylor in 2005. That's four ****ing years, and quite a few ****ing fighters in the 120 years of modern Boxing history have done that. Especially over a **** poor division.
2) Robbery?! hahahaha! He didn't throw ****ing punches until round 7 but he got robbed. :rofl Hopkins fans live in another universe.
3) oooooh he unified titles!?!? :rofl In the 120 year history of modern boxing there were plenty of undisputed champions, and they did so in divisions that were actually mediocre.

Hopkins is #11 middleweight of all time. You don't know **** about boxing to think that Hopkins can be named in the same ****ing sentence as Harry Greb.
