I am sick of seeing these posts where people suggest that Dr. Wallace is somehow inept or unqualified so I decided to make this thread to educate the Klit fans that can't seem to accept that Lewis beat the crap out of Vitali that night (TKO6).

C'mon guys, that was a GAPING WOUND! The cotton swab just disappeared in it. He looked like he had just gone through a windshield. Nobody was pulling for Vitali more than me. I WANTED the fight to go on, but in retrospect, only a sadist would object to the stoppage.

its kind of a who cares because it was 10 years ago...almost like crying about that one girl that dumped you in 5th grade and you hold a grudge until you are 50.
but heres why you can make a case for it sucking if the guy with the cuts says "im fine, i can see great, im ok, we got it under control, this is the HEAVYWEIGHT title mother ****er" but the dr says you are done, you aint going back out there even though you are WILLING.

with that sad this is the opposite cases and these make me sick because this was a HUGE fight....the cut was almost invisible and not in a bad spot, and the fighter (chavez) didnt even try to fight a full minute and see if he would be ok "can you see? do you want to go on?
    "
"NO I CANT SEE" (nor do i want to try, i will ***** out and take my chance on the cards, which incidently he was getting his ass handed to him"

its 3 minutes in . watch how quick he opts out where as vitali wanted to kill the person trying to prevent his stoppage.... and he does bleed a a good little bit for a second, but thats all adreneline and they stopped it seconds later and it almost closed up!!

Chavez had how many fights? How can u compare the two figbters when one had a **** load more fights than the other. Its obvious vitali was a much much fresher fighter than chavez when these fights took place
