Surely, Wlad isn't going to employ the "paw at the southpaw jab" moves he had going against Iggy??

    Nah....

    Round 1

Klitschko comes forward as Thompson waves the right jab at him. Thompson backs up and jigs and jukes with his shoulders pulled back on the outside. Soft left hand lead over the gap by Thompson. Klitschko is starting typically cautious. A few jabs under Thompson's, into the armpit. Klitschko waves and misses with a left hook from outside as Thompson slides back. Thompson has the southpaw shoulder roll going as he uses the full ring, tossing some long jabs out to keep Klitschko at bay. Klitschko is eating some jabs trying to extend his own. Klitschko leaving the left extended straight out, pushing it in toward Thompson as he marches in on him. Thompson tosses a 1-2 to stay out of the corner. Thompson again flicks a soft left hand lead.

10-9 Thompson, but not much in it

Wlad too cautious...like always, Tony won it just because of activity.

Thompson won the first round, guys? I'll take your words for it. Plus, Thompson needs everything he can get.

    0-1

R2: Wlad, but still not much work by either man.
