Kell did admit that he needs to hire some real professionals to help him out with the tough fights. Always amuses me when people who ARE NOT pro boxers call pro boxers bums!

He hates being hit. I saw it back in the N'dou fight. The few times N'dou let go and caught Kell, he made him withdraw and go into safety mode. Didn't think much of it until tonight. Carson exposed him big time. Anyone who's got a good chin, workrate and power of his own, will trouble him. He should thank his lucky stars that guys like Margarito, Mosley and Cotto aren't around his division anymore.
Hopefully with time he can pace himself better saving a little stamina for late on and if possible add a little more power to his game. I'm sure he'll pick up a title or 2 in his career but receive a couple of loses along the way.
anyone saying khan beats brook is a loon! i like khan a lot but brooks power, accuracy and style will give him nightmares. Brook comfortably won the first half of the fight. tired second half with a broken nose which is to be expected. good fight! actually the best ive watched this year

That's the problem. He was pacing himself. If he was doing a Khan and going at full-speed in the first half of the fight, then I could understand. But Kell was actually boxing nice. Taking his time and picking his shots well. He was doing all the things that one would recommend Khan to do, actually. But, just like Khan, he appears to hate pressure. Especially if it comes with body shots.
