    Abdusalamov fought the better opposition, has REAL one punch KO power, while Ruiz fought COMPLETE bums, cant come in at a decent weight and his only redeeming quality is his speed...

    Ruiz is a good fighter but he needs to lose the weight. Tyson Fury fought tonight and he was another who carried far too much weight and look at the improvements he's made physically since losing that spare tyre around his waist. Better movement, faster, better stamina and harder punches. That's what Ruiz should look at for inspiration.

    I imagine he's the type of fighter who thinks he's too good at this stage to need lose weight. That's true, but he should make those changes before he needs to.

    Only difference would have been method of win probably. UD instead of a TKO to go on his record. Would have been a well deserved UD. Oh well, now he gets a shot at a Klitchko I guess. :lol:
