    Donaire is just winging hooks, as Mathebula backs up and paws his jab. Mathebula has turned southpaw and begun to paw a right jab. Donaire throws big right hands over the top and forces Mathebula back between the top and middle rope, tangled. Time in, and Donaire is pressing in throwing high left hooks and right hands but getting blocked. Mathebula is jabbing into Donaire's face, and badly whiffs a right hand and left hook. Donaire keeps brazenly walking in face first with his hands down, and Mathebula brushes him with three lefts and a right.

    I think I have to say Donaire loses his top 5 p4p status after today. Without a size advantage he just does not look special anymore.

    I used to favor Donaire over Rigo. They are about the same size but Rigo is legitimately skilled.

    Still think we need to have a super 4 with Rigo, Donaire, Mares and Moreno.

    Early round stoppage.

    Mathebula round, another outboxing of Donaire. The jab kept him at distance, he was able to start letting flurries go and spin out and landing his right more and more. Mathebula outworkign and outboxing Donaire.
