Better Striker: Cro Cop or Anderson Silva ?

    I´m obviously talking about PRIDE FC Cro Cop., not the shot fighter from the UFC !


    Remember, Cro Cop is a guy with a very interesting background of Kickboxing.....with great wins at K1.

    Anderson ? Not really. But while in MMA I believe the comparison is very very interesting and intriguing to discuss.

    And I would like to ask how you see it.....? In terms of Striking skills for MMA. Would you consider AS a better striker than Cro Cop ??

    I love AS but no comparison, Crocop. He beat some of the best K-1 HWs in the world.

    Mirko did better in pure striking (boxing & K1 respectively) than Anderson did, it's a no brainer

    Anderson's striking is great, with the prefix of ''for MMA'', Cro Cops is great full stop

    So is fair to say Cro Cop is the best striker of MMA history ?
    I mean, the best who became great at MMA....

    Anderson uses the fingered gloves to his advantage big time. Look at his finishing of Sonnen and Frnklin......almost like a **** choke finish but standing. With K1 striking gloves straight up itd be very hard to measure finishes and strikes like in the UFC

    Yeah, his MT isn't up to an MT only fight against a top tier opponnet. It probably never was.

    Yep. And actually the "Muay Thai" of Chute Boxe (his former team) was not really Muay Thai boran......I mean, it was a mix of Boxing with some kicks, was basically kickboxing with some tricks tbh....we certainly can´t call it Muay Thai what they taught......not the Muay Thai you very well know, which is obviously the real Muay Thai.
