If his jab won't be effective at 168 and he can't make 160 then he should retire.

He didn't have a guy that could push him so it's hard to judge his stamina. Will didn't have the power to hurt him so he wasn't pushed.

Of the fighters he mentioned he should go for Froch. Kessler I think would hurt him, and Ward is way too fast.

Well, Rosinsky wasn't a mover before this fight either so Froch may well change up his game plan too.

He was running his ass off, landing good shots but he would not plant his feet for a second.

Yeah good point. I would definitely pick Froch to win even if he doesn't move around too much but if he wanted to make things easier for himself he would. Pavlik should be the underdog in any of the big fights but I don't exactly think it would be a huge waste of time, he would make a scrap out of it and if he loses atleast he did get that one last shot.

At least Garcia keeps him in shape and he is showing for the fights.

Pavlik has been terrible since he came back, he needs to go back down to 160 where he had size advantages over people. Froch,Ward,Dirrell and Kessler would all destroy him, i think he'd have a chance against Bute by knockin him out but wouldnt be suprised if Bute schooled him

We really don't know yet, because he has not fought a relevant super middleweight. . . Or relevant guy at all since he has came back from his alcohol rehabilitation.

Rosinski fought Edwin Rodriguez, who I consider a top ten SMW, in a close fight (even though the scorecards read a shutout for La Bomba). . .

Rosinski is NOT a bad little boxer/mover at all. . .

The only way to tell if Pavlik is relevant, is by seeing him against a relevant, top ten SMW. . .

I think Edwin Rodriguez is the obvious choice for next opponent. . .

Pavlik's never going to get back to where he was in 2007/2008. He's regressed, he's aged, and he's fighting bigger guys. His best punch now is the left hook to the body. The (double) jabs and right hands aren't utilized as much for whatever reason.

abraham must be next for me. good yardstick and a step up. hes still relevant as i feel he may improve when he really has to, but a smw champ in waiting, he is not. a serious test for more fighters than people on here reckon though, imo
