Rigondeaux would of ended Mathebula in 2 rounds!

    You can only judge a man by what he does with the competition in front of him. After the first round I new Mathebula was not a good fighter. Bad stance, and two many technical errors to name. P4P Donaire is supposed to take this guy out of his misery early. No more than 3 rounds. Rigondeaux would of did it in 2. Donaire better learn to keep his guard up in this division, he's not as slick as he thinks he is. It will get him knocked the **** out.

    I didn't even think of that. Donaire danced around with his hands down. That lanky guy should of been put to sleep

    Who did rigo fought in the calibre of montiel or darchinyan? Donaire beat a champion not a journeyman..

    Mathebula was very "Caballero" like with his shaky balance & angles.
    He also fought with his right hand (Glove) open most of the night.
    (Which proved to me that he wasn't trying to sit on anything)

    PS. Donaire gave Jeffery a free root canal.

    Rigo don't **** around... Donaire Vs. Rigo is the fight.

    Rigo could have had a field day with his body-shots against someone with that build. Still, Donaire did what he had to do and beat a pretty-good fighter.

    I doubt we'll ever get to see Rigo-Donaire, sadly.

    How tall is Rigo? 5' 4"? Rigo would have had close far more distance that Donaire had to. He's not exactly a run kind of offensive type either. Not sure if Rigo would have hurt, nevermind stop Mathebula.

    I think Rigo's offense is excellent; he loves getting in range and unleashing that left-hook to the body. Yes, he uses his legs and his speed to stay out of trouble but he's not the runner some people label him as. I can't remember a fighter being judged so much on one performance (Cordoba) despite the fact he's fought in a much more attacking style in every other fight.
