This video just proved everything what Dan Rafael said on ESPNToney's speech is getting worst and has taken a lot of hits, nothing but the truth. At this point I will even give Dan Rafael a chance to beat Toney

His speech doesn't sound that bad here. He's always sounded drunk for as long as I can remember. He seems to still be witty as ever.

He still looks to be in better shape than Dan though, and he has better jokes. The Toe jokes should have died a death moons ago.
