That'd be a great fight for both, but it'd be hard for Price to take that one especially since he has about 3 or 4 much easier opponents to choose from.

Perez......where the **** did he fall off the planet to?:huh

Pulev, Adamek and Ustinov can close a deal to fight Wlad directly, why would they go for a lesser tourney? The only reason I can see is if K2 is offering too small of a deal.

Solis hasn`t been able to get worthy fights, for him this makes sense. Gerber, Jennings, Boytsov and T. Walker could take part in this.

For a while it was talked about on the undercard of Khan vs Garcia and then nothing, Perez needs to fight more i agree

Can we all agree this makes up for forcing Wlad to fight Thompson again?

I hope Solis doesn't come in over weight just like his last fight. If he comes in fighting shape i think he will win.

Ustinov is NOT getting a fight with Wlad. He's a K2 fighter, and has been sent home from Wlad's camp for not being able to hang in there with him. It simply won't happen. Chef has mentioned this before :deal

I like Ustinov, but it's not gonna happen. Besides I can see Adamek outpointing Ustinov by wide margin as long as he stays away from Ustinovs power shots.

I'll believe it when the fighters confirm it. Tough challenge for both fighters and from the sound of the article this would be the first round of the IBF eliminator. Fingers crossed that it happens.

Pulev might get 500K to fight Wlad now, but he risks having his career stall afterward.

Fighting Solis would indicate Pulev's confident and ready to take a risk.

Ustinov has ZERO shot. I like Ustinov as a fighter and always pull for him, but let's be realistic. Ustinov had a tough time with Sprott, and hasn't KO'd any B or greater level HW yet. I actually laughed my ass off when he beat someone...may have been Paolo Vidoz and ringside after the fight he called out Vitali Klitschko, his own promoter for a title shot who was at the fight.

Pulev is managed by Sauerland. Sauerland is known for avoiding the K brothers like the plague because of TV rights issues between the Klitschko channel and the channel Sauerland is contracting with in Germany. Valuev, Povetkin, Pulev. So many fights won't get made because Sauerland are idiots who won't let their fighters fight on another channel even if it's for the HW title of the world.

Since we're already discussing lazy Cubans, what happened to Perez? It's just horrible when good fighters waste their career by not fighting, even if it's a bad opponnent Perez needs to fight more often

I don't believe all these names will enter this, they never do. At best two will. With the names likely to drop out I suppose this gives Diva Haye the chance to force Wlad's hand and force a rematch. All he has to do is enter this and beat about one top 10 fighter. Probably to much to ask though.

Solis is the most skilled HV today but his dedication has been a big question mark. He may not be a very entertaining or explosive fighter but he certainly gets the job done. I am very glad that his knee is healed and he is right on track and this fight with former amateur rival Pulev will help him a lot. Solis needs this type of fight before taking on Wlad. Pulev is going to make Solis remember his amateur days when Solis was numero 1. But Solis needs to lose at least 10-15 pounds before facing Wlad. But how does this box off work? Is it Solis-Pulev's winner plus Adamek-Ustinov's winner for the final ???
