    Anderson has a PPV cut written into his contract just like all top draw UFC fighters
    He made millions on that fight

    He probably made a couple of million overall.

    Just to add, he has deals with Burger king and Nike in Brazil.

    He isn't exactly eating raw potatoes to get by.

    When Overeems full purse was revealed after his Lesnar fight (inclusive of everything $1.4M , but also stories of the figure being nearer $2.4M)) it kind of lifted the lid on what the UFC are paying there guys , there top guys that is , almost 90% of what there being paid is undisclosed , a lot of revenue that a boxer earns is very similar to what a top mixed martial artist earns in the UFC , except the percentages for the fighter/s in the UFC compared to the top boxers are lower , but the sources remain the same , i.e. percentages of PPV and gate revenue etc

    Id be surprised if Silva didn't net over 6 figures per fight

    What a stupid topic that seems to come up every UFC. LOL at the idiots crowing about blah, blah made millions as though they should care. I hope MA doesn't become like boxing in this respect - ridiculous demands have ruined so many matches.

    wow, ufc fighters don't make nowhere near the amount of money top boxers do, that must mean mma is a load of ****!!!

    thats what all these people who start threads like these mean, don't they? they all know very well how much they get.
    they all know very well the top boxers get a lot more money.

    its just another way of trying to tell mma lovers that they love the wrong sport and that its NOT AS GOOD AS BOXING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
