    :patsch:patsch

A lot of his fights at British level were exciting, so was Pascal(FOTY contender) Taylor, Kessler (FOTY contender), Johnson and watching him beat up Bute was exciting.

Froch has been in about 10 good fights, don't be a ****ing idiot all your life.

If Froch didn't mention Eubank you wouldn't have made this thread, your beginning to get boring.

The fight could've went either way IMO, if he had been the home fighter he would've got the benefit of the doubt. Also the ash cloud scenario affected him somewhat. But that's not to say if wouldn't have affected kessler had it been the other way around. But being told the fight was off a week before the fight and changing your diet for a family bbq would have an effect and i think it showed massively.

That volcanic ash cloud must have messed up Froch' preparation slightly, and It was very close, I had Froch a round up.

If he boxed instead of going toe to toe he would have won clearly IMO.

Good fighter and all that, but still nobody knows (or cares) who the **** Carl Froch is. All those guys listed were twice as popular and walked away with twice as much money.

Oh well, Eubank is broke, Froch is sitting on a couple mill and shagging Rachael Cordingley every night, I know who I'd rather be :hey

And the reason they were so popular is because of they're domestic rivalries, and a lot of they're fights were shown on terrestrial television, when boxing was far more popular.

Jesus Christ are you bent for Haye? ALL the time you refer to David Haye, do you have love symbols in your eyes when you see David Haye?

He might not be as popular, but since when did popularity dictate how good a fighter someone is?

He gets a good win starts, rides high but what does he do......He has an ego trip and no his record for one is not better than Calazaghe.

Carl Froch has a very unhealthy obsession and an insecurity complex regarding Joe Calzaghe. He may mention the likes of Eubank and Hamed in this statement but we all know who he's getting at, like he's done numerous times in the past couple of years. He's had a great career himself, he just needs to let fans do the talking about where he ranks alongside past boxers and just let his boxing do the talking.

It must kill him deep down that Calzaghe beat a better version of Kessler than he lost to.
