Good move. Crazy thing is he wouldn't even be considered a particularly large CW by today's standard (a huge guy in Joe Louis's day of course).

Best of luck to him. He's got excellent skills.

I think Lebedev could beat Champers on a good day.. But Huck? I don't know, we will see.. I assume Champers wants a tune up @Cruiser before targeting the big names..

Are you serious? I think you may be understimating Chambers. Those guys cannot match his skills, not in any way conceivable.

He will probably whoop them all or at least he has a chance.
He is only 208 pounds. He doesn't belong at HW.

It's how I feel the fights. I don't underestimate Chambers he is very skillful. I think that both Huck and Lebedev are underrated though. Huck made a better showing against Povetkin than anything Chambers have ever done at HW in just his first fight. He has the aggression to bring the fight to Chambers and to negate his skills. Lebedev is a very good all around fighter with very good power and he beat Huck. Both fights will be hugely competitive potentially controversial with Chambers being more precise but taking some heavier shots down the stretch.

I was always hoping Eddie would put 10lbs of muslce on a build his power punching, but when he came in against Adamek at what 202, I was like WTF.......and to think he did as well as he did with practically one hand.:think

I disagree, Chambers wins against Peter & Dimitrenko, near win against Povetkin, and last-second-KO loss to Wladimir is clearly above Huck's one near win against Povetkin.

So losing 9 rounds is a near win now? Getting shut out before getting KO against Klychko are worthy of praise. Interesting.

I don't really like this matchup for Lebs. . . Chambers could really give him trouble with his lateral movement. . . But Lebedev knows how to cut the ring off, and he is a patient, controlled boxer/puncher with pretty solid hand speed himself. . . Foot speed I'm not so sure about, though. . .

Lebedev still hits a good bit harder than Chambers too. . .

Right now, based off Chamber's performance against Adamek, I'm calling it 60/40 Chambers.
