Toney is done -- after this debacle, no major promoter is going near him ever again.

Kathy Duva was naive and was badly stung by the negative press this match-up got. Toney is not worth the bad publicity for Main Events, and if something tragic did occur in the fight, you can imagine how bad it would be for Duva.

Toney obscenely threatening to go to ESPN and beat up Dan Rafael just played into the image of him as punch-drunk and not in control of himself. That was a huge mistake for Toney. He can thank his buddy Elie for helping him lose the payday.

You can forget a fight with Wlad or anybody else at the top level for James Toney. He's finished.

I think Duva felt he's more bad PR than he's worth. She should have realized that before trying to make this match-up.

Threatening to beat up ESPN writers is really dumb. Especially with everyone so sensitive right now over the Haye-Chisora business.

Toney's whole act is stale and out of time. It doesn't go over any more in our corporate world. He sounds punch-drunk and barely civilized.

    He's done.

PPV in Poland, not in the US.

Makes perfect sense there -- they should match him with Wach.

James will get another fight regardless. Ellie definatley did kind of instigate that thing with Dan Rafael

Elie certainly did push Toney to do it.

Toney might get another fight, but not with anyone on Adamek's level.

Maybe Toney, Holyfield and Briggs should have a box-off.

Not so hilarious when you think that video probably cost him the Adamek fight.

Toney should not have a boxing licence.
Adamek should bring Tyson Fury for this one.

Good. Probably because IBF ordered the eliminator match for him with Ustinov.

No, Adamek says he's not doing that fight.
