This isn't a reflection on Roach, as much as it is on Khan's habits and his temperament some things you can't change.

Khan looking a little more confident on the inside, but clearly sloppy as he gives up his height and lunges with punches without bringing his hands back. It's early and he seemed eager to trade for the cameras, we'll see how he looked later on if they give us any more sparring footage.

Khans defense is more than suspect. I'm wondering if roach wants kahn in the same condition as him when he's finished his career.

same damn fighter, same trainer, same good and bad habits. khan is set in his ways, so either you can beat him or you cant. he will start off fast (hyper to me) throw is one two punches and occasional body shots here and there. if you can match him from a athletic standpoint then you can beat him. hes not a technical or slick boxer, which means he will get hit. his speed is good and his power is a little above average, its another 50/50 fight. i think this time khan want over look garcia like he did peterson. i think it will be a great fight for the fans i can see the fight going either way, i could make good argument for both guys.

Khan will always be too jittery and stiff, true boxers have rhythm.

Khan is hella fast, but when you don't have rhythm or slickness,it don't matter, angel garcia at the press conference showed you a good example of khans movement.
