It's really simple. Pacquiao could've gotten his 50/50 split, in 2009. The contracts have been released. Everything was agreed to. ring size, glove size, who enters the ring first and second, and even a $10 million per pound weight clause penalty.

    http://sports.yahoo.com/news/boxing...y-pacquiao-nearly-agreed-to-a-2010-fight.html

Pacquiao had the fight right there and walked away from the biggest fight in boxing history, to FIGHT JOSHUA CLOTTEY. He actually pursued three different opponents DURING negotiations with floyd. Yuri Foreman (hahaha), Joshua Clottey (boring), and this is the best one PAULY MALIGNAGGI!!! hahaha.

it doesnt matter what anyone says. the facts are right there. Pacquiao ducked the fight. He was either

Really? you are obviously too stupid to understand anything, but ill try to explain anyway. Pacquiao has done ONLY what is required. He hasnt gone above and beyond what normal boxers are required to do idiot. Floyd, Donaire, Ortiz, Cotto, Mosley, Khan, Quillen, Wright....they have all gone ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Try reading comphrension idiot, what he was agreeing to at that time was above and beyond what boxers are required to do. And Floyd was still too scared to fight him.

    17. Pac says Floyd can't demand OSDT
    18. Pac said blood testing weakens him.
    19. Pac's team said Pac is afraid of needles
    25. Pac said,"I don't even know what ees a steroid"

and many more excuses to either

Floyd felt he could dicate how drug testing is run, so pacquiao tried to meet him in the middle and compromise. What's so hard to understand about it.

They even had doctors come in to assure FLoyd that everything would be fine and he still couldn't agree. The guy was irrational in how scared he was.

He didn't agree to random testing the way Mosley, JMM, Canelo, Cotto, Mayweather, Khan, Ortiz, and a bunch of other fighters are easily willing to agree too.

Shane Mosley admitted to doping. He never tested positive, even with NSAC testing.

No, Mosley agreed above and beyond. Pac did not. Cotto and Ortiz did, Pac did not.

Even after Floyd beat Mosley with full random testing Pac still wanted a 2 week cutoff. :verysad

He has now , and guess what Floyd dipped out out of the fight.

The line for years was "Take the test and we have a fight." As soon as Pacquiao agreed, he completely flipped the switch and made money the new issue.
