To say pac was already going above and beyond means pac had done extra testing already. to say pac was WILLING to go above and beyond means Pac was agreeing to testing above the norm....****in idiots.

This has got to be the dumbest argument I have heard yet. The Ink was not even dry on the first deal when Arum pulled the plug because of drug testing. PBF was completely ok with the deal back then even though he did not control all of the money. PBF uses GBP mainly because they work well together and PBF cannot put a full card together by himself. Why can't I be a fan of Pacquiao and call him out on it? I've called Floyd out on numerous things as well.

AND NSAC won't do anything. What are they supposed to do just automatically upgrade on the spot? It takes time. Floyd has already tried and it took place during the mosley fight and the NSAC looked into it but then the regemine was dropped.
