I mean, if he is trying to secure fights with 3 different opponents during negotiations, that should tell you who is serious about the fight and who isnt!!! and all that talk about "make di pight fer de pans" (make the fight for the fans) is bull****. He tried to fight Yuri Foreman, Clottey, and ****in Malignaggi for christ sake.

everyone, and i mean EVERYONE wanted Mayweather Pacquiao. In 2009 Pacquiao was coming off victories over Cotto and Oscar, and Floyd came back out of retirement and shut out marquez, the guy Pacquiao struggles with. EVERYONE was ready to see this fight. Instead we got Clottey...

haha, thanks man. One thing about Pacquiao's crazy fan base is they are not too logical, or smart. and they ignore ANYTHING that makes their guy look bad. I have been a boxing fan for decades, and until Pacquiao hit the mainstream, i have never encountered such moronic fans

 

Again, try to think. Petitioning the NSAC isn't asking them to upgrade ALL their tests forever, just this fight which they would oversee it.

Good read. But it's reagrding a permanent change in testing protocols for all major fights, which I am for. it's not the same as Floyd asking for the blood testing for a fight vs. Pac. Good try, and I'll try to be nicer in the future.

 

Arum calls the shots and Mayweather hasn't been easy to negotiate with. First he demands random blood testing and now he's demanding more money.

 

Thats the only way the NSAC would ever consider a change, they sure arent going to do anything on a fight to fight or case by case basis or they would've already when they've been petitioned in the past
