This.. I feel that Tyson may be a spot or two above Wladimir on the HW ATG list, but that could change if Wlad could retire on some good wins.

At least Wlad has come back from defeats to be much stronger. Tyson was basically finished as a major force in 1990 after KO loss #1.

Both have had soft competition as the HW division goes historically. However prime Tyson 86-90 is one of the most devastating punchers since Liston and his resume is considerably more challenging!

Prime Tyson was in another league to Wlad. Bigger puncher, faster, more agile, a better boxer, better defensively and more versatile.

    Tyson.

Look at his contribution to the sport. Look at Wladimir's. There is no comparison.

Wladimir really has bought a 'bum of the month' club.

Tyson you could say at least had very worthy challengers like Spinks, Tucker, Biggs, Ruddock, Bruno etc that made for exciting matches. Wladimir is fighting the people he knocked out and over the hill EX cruiserweights or people he is TWO weight divisions bigger than naturally.

Gotta give Vladimir credit, hes a cracking champion and i dont care about the state of the division his talent is there to see.

But im still a little scared of Tyson. He is legend in the sport. Ive never seen world level fighters ever look scared of an opponent before the fights even started but Tyson had some big scary men looking **** scared as they stepped in the ring.

Finished as a dominant force I maybe should have said, and he was.

I don't think he was more accomplished, he would struggle pretty badly against Wlad as he did Lewis, certainly the mid 90's Tyson would struggle. The lack of professionalism and discipline Tyson exhibited throughout his career also put him behind current Wlad.

Mike Tyson fought like a man. Wlad fights like a scared girl. Tyson would destroy Wlad inside 3 rounds. Tyson had a lot better chin also. He would be able to take some of Wlads best shot. WLad on the other hand cannot handle Tysons power. You think Corrie Sanders was bad my lord Tyson would murder him.
