martinez is from the slums of argentina. julio has lived the good life thanks to his pop. that tells u a lot about their backgrounds. martinez had to work for what hes got, the hard way. with jr, it was already handed to him. his dad is still protecting him. he will be all alone with sergio sept 15. let the humbling begin
Julio can't help what kind of life he was brought into. . . He created, and shaped his own destiny just like Sergio. . . His future lies in his own hands, just like every other man. . . Each choice, each decision he makes, shaping his fate . . The boxing ring is a lonely place. . . Boxers must stand alone in the ring. Argentinean "slums," are still overall better living conditions than the poorest areas of a lot of other South American, Asian, and especially African countries. I'm not denying Sergio probably had a harder time than by western standards of poverty, but don't be fooled into thinking he was starving or anything like that. . .
Yup, like all mexicans do. Now, imagine if pacquiao and mayweather were both mexicans, that fight would have been made years ago. Viva mexico!
****... I have heard sergio's stories. How he got robbed and blah blah, not that big of a ****ing deal to be honest.
Ashl, and strongarm: yeah, I always got the impression Sergio really wasn't "**** poor" growing up. . He was just lower class in Argentina. . . I'm sure he got mugged or something before. . Def. had it rougher than Jr., I'm sure, who was chilling by pools, going to elite Mexican private schools, and throwing house parties at his dad's house, ****ing teh hottest Mexicanas from the age of 14 up. . . But I don't think Sergio grew up nearly as poor, and impoverished as Pacquiao.
wrong again, b--ch. next time talk about something u know. your bs can be read from a mile away. saying latin slums aint shite, nicca please
i dont know about intimidated but that pic definitely leaves the impression of this fight being a case of boy vs man and not just in terms of age.
Unless you live in a south American slum that's a pretty ignorant statement I have been to the slums of Argentina, it ain't pretty kid. Don't make comments you don't know **** about
