Young Man, you have a problem with Posture and Balance. All because of Feet, they are far to wide, solution. Get a 18 inch Woody Band, red should do the trick, put it round the ankles. and get use to moving with the woody on. You are to much on the front foot, thats why, and its a bad habit, your chin is down to far. Causing you to tighten the shoulders and restrict movement of the Shoulders and Arms, plus puts you over your front Foot, not good. It restricts your Lower Back and Groin therefore lateral movement, and restricts the Legs from proper balanced movement. Thats why you have trouble throwing the Left Hand, hope this helps. :D

I agree that weight is unbalanced. On the front leg too much. Progress will be measured in months, not days. And that's assuming you are working with a coach... I think we all wish it was easier.

Scrap, I think it would be real useful for you to have a video of a boxer showing the differences between having the chin "down" and having the chin "back". I think this is a really misunderstood concept, and you are one of the few that actually explain it.

    Cheers

    Oh look, this troll again.

    EDIT: Much better....

"This message is hidden because Uncle Roger is on your ignore list."

I didn't lose it because of the injury, I lost it because I had to have surgery the week of my finals, and I was too drugged up to take them. Didn't let me make it up. So yeah, I lost it "because of my GPA", but really, I only lost it because I got hurt.

How exactly was I changing my story? Besides, IDGAF what you think anyways. Half the people on ESB are just keyboard warrior trolls.

Oh, look, now I have two trolls on ignore!
