    Well block doesn't equals winning either. Johnson got the quality shots but he is also being out worked. block shots still hurts.

    Fonfara is throwing quick combos, left uppercuts against the guard and then quick straight volleys with both hands. Johnson is jabbing hard out of his high guard, unable to reach the face of the taller Fonfara and having to overextend for a piece of the body as he fires the right. Fonfara is flurrying down at him and backing him up with partially blocked 1-2's over and over, mixing in looping rights around the gloves when Johnson gets close.

    Exchanging 1-2s in the center of the ring. Oh nice double straight right ahnd by Fonfara. Nice combinations by GJ. . . Oh nice double lead hook upstairs, and downstairs by GJ. . Fonfara answers with a nice double lead left hook downstairs/upstairs! Nice double jab by GJ. . Nice 1-2 by Johnson over the top from GJ. Nice 1-2 to the body by GJ. Oh nice sweeping right hooks by Fonfara, but Johnson answeres back, and then presses him back with a 1-2-3. Oh nice combiantions by Fonfara. Another sweeping right hook by Fonfara. 1-2 by Fonfara. .

    VERY CLOSE ROUND. . But Fonfara edges it for me. .

    Both guys trying to box. Johnson is doing well early on, trying to land winging rights. Fonfara has the crowd behind him, and that may sway the judges a bit. Close round, but I give it to Johnson.

    Johnson flings out a few hard left spanks to the body. Doubling up, hooking the body and backing Fonfara up. Now a pair up top. Fonfara is backing up and keeping himself straight and tall, but leaving the body open. Johnson squeezes his fists together as Fonfara quickly pops a straight flurry at him, then ducks a looping shot thrown in punctuation before Fonfara steps back. Big left hooks to the body by Johnson, doubling up. Jab to the face by Johnson, and another dropped to the body. Johnson drilling the left hand straight into Fonfara's hip from its folded position, directly out of the guard. Fonfara's legs aren't taking him far enough across the ring. HARD right hand by Fonfara, Johnson just walking into it.

    One punch didn't steal Fonfara the round.
