I hate to disagree but as a member of an old school boxing club,plyometrics are for soft pussies. That's a new school bull**** set of exercises that are part of the reason for the increase in injuries in all sports. Oblique injuries are up 70% in baseball,and there have been many in boxing and American Football as well. Why so many oblique injuries? Plyometrics. These new school trendy exercises cause strange injuries because they stress out certain parts of your body. Jack Dempsey never did plyometrics and neither did Archie Moore and guess what? They never pulled an oblique and had to call off a fight. But anyway,Dereck doesn't look that bad and beach bodies dont win fights anyhow!
