This content is protected I agree with Dana and Lorenzo's decision to prevent him going to HW in the immediate future. He's sticking out his gut on purpose here, but his lack of definition at this weight is startling. When he's in shape after a camp, he cuts to 205 from under 220. Given his skinny frame, he shouldn't go anywhere near HW until he puts on at least 20 pounds of muscle.
Welll that's probably his walking around weight. Of course, he'd undergo weight training to put on slabs of muscle when he tries to assault the higher weight class.
For a young man who is big for a LHW , the move to HW is a mere matter of time Once he begins to really struggle to make the weight , he will IMO move to HW
We're just going to have to deal with a looong string of predictable (boring) fights involving Jon Jones in the future. He's basically already cleaned out 205. At least Anderson is getting old and that tends to give young, strong guys like Weidman a chance at beating him. Nobody is going to be interested in seeing Jones fight unless he takes on Silva or moves up to HW. No disrespect to Hendo and I truly hope he pulls off an epic upset but he doesn't have much of a chance at beating JJ.
