**** off twat. In your world, constantly clinching and pushing down on opponents if they get within two feet of you, as opposed to being able to turn and counter off the back foot shows ATG footwork. :patsch

Wlad has very good foot work when it comes to moving in and out quickly

I've yet to see him use lateral movement well though

Clinching and pushing down has **** all to do with footwork dip****. Again, you show that you nothing about which you speak. Keep talking :blabla

I never said he has ATG footwork, I said it's the best in the division.

Of course it does you keyboard tapping, crisp munching, spank ******. Moving, creating space and avoiding ugly wrestling exchanges is a paradigm of boxing!

Lateral movement is paramount to inside fighting. Wlad can't fight on the inside, has **** footwork, and looks to wrestle his way out of close range exchanges.

I mean, I know you have the Klit's cocks firmly wedged in your ass, but think logically about it for a second.

It's a mental and strategic decision, though. Wlad's footwork is not the issue, that doesn't mean he's not a little limited as you expressed.

It's hard to give him credit when he's never shown the ability to implement it. Much less say, he has the best footwork in the division.

Those 3 miles were broken up into intervals.
And so what? What do boxers in the past know about the body? A better way comes along and you do that, you don't do things that have always been done just because. Lots of sports had long traditions of doing things a certain way but then a better way to train comes a long and that's the new way. Boxing is still stuck in the past, going for long runs is stupid if you're using that as a conditioning tool. Losing weight or just getting back into training after a long break, that's the only times long distance running has a place.

Wlad does have very good footwork. He maintains distance better than anyone in the division right now, and is a master at cutting off the ring. Pretty good at pivoting off the backfoot as well, though he doesn't have to do that much.

I agree, Wlad's best asset is his footwork. As you say he keeps his distance perfectly

Keep launching the personal insults because your arguments have zero validity

Wlad is 6'7....explain why he SHOULD fight inside when the majority of opponents are shorter than him? While you're at it, explain HOW inside fighting is any indicator of footwork ability.:nut

Everything you've brought up has ZERO to do with footwork ability. He's got the best footwork in the division. You're dismissed. :deal

Riddick Bowe and Diego Chico Corrales were taller guys with great inside fighting skills.
