Then, you hvae his sponsorship deals. . . I think he got paid a few million pounds, or about 5 million dollars over 3-4 years by Reebok. . . The reason Khan has made so much, so early in his career is because the HUGE muslim fan base he brings to boxing, that was not really there before. . . I mean, he's a clean cut, well-spoken, good looking (no homo) English gentleman (aside from being ethnically P'stan). . . He opens up a new market for a lot of sponsors like Reebok. . . ALso, his notoriety from winning the silver medal @ 17 for England enabled him to be making six figure paydays pretty much from day one as a professional. . . I hate to play the race/religion card with Khan, because of course not just any British-P'stani muslim boxer could be as marketable as him - his world class skills, and speed, excitement, and looks just made him the perfect candidate to open up a new market for companies. . .
