Nah, The Russians (and there weather) would have still smashed the Germans without the U.S and by 1942 even the Brits were producing more planes than the Germans.Though the Americans did produce most of the weapons used by the allies in WW2 and accounted for about 95-98% of the Japanese casualites. In Australia we might be speaking Japanese but thats a maybe. Without the Americans though all of Europe would be under Soviet control which for many people would be worse than being under Nazi control.
